Fred Chang, President
Fred has more than 30 years of experience in corporate finance, capital market investment, and international business. He has held positions with General Electric (GE) Appliances, Northwest Airlines, United Airlines, as their representative in China, and as Asia Pacific manager of a NASDAQ listed Southwall Technologies Inc. in Silicon Valley, California. Fred has 30 years of business experience in China and Southeast Asia including marketing & sales, financing joint ventures, strategic alliances and strategic acquisitions.
Fred received his MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business, University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan, U.S.A.; he also have Master Degree in Engineering from University of Alberta, Edmonton, Canada; and Bachelor degree in Engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Beijing, China.
